Weekly Mythbusters Therapy

Heaven bless the Mythbusters!  Yesterday was a totally crappy day.  Start to finish.  Finally the kids were asleep, my wife was nodding off on the couch next to me, and I could turn on my favorite show on television.  Were it not for the ridiculous antics, experiments, and puns, I would have gone to bed with a rancid headache and had waited several stressed-out hours before sleep.  The Mythbusters are my medicine!  I laughed my brains out.  I slept well.  Today was better.

And the day after is practically as good, as I get to watch my son watch the show and laugh at all the places I did the previous night.  Awesome.
