One of the best things (and one of the only, when it really comes down to it) about having a job, not to mention being married with kids, is getting such beautiful (to me they're beautiful) updates from home. It just wouldn't be as great if I were there--and that's not to say I'd rather be at work; it's just that the contrast here makes things like this that much more, well, precious.
